1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and Inkedwave ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your access to and use of our website and services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Orders and Approval
By placing an order, you confirm all details provided, including artwork and personalization, are accurate. You acknowledge that once production starts, changes or cancellations may not be possible. You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully and approving them before production.
3. Artwork and Content
- You must ensure that the content you submit does not violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
- We are not responsible for printing errors caused by files that do not meet our specifications (e.g., resolution, color profile).
4. Production and Delivery
- Production times start after final proof approval and payment confirmation.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Slight variations in color, trimming, or finishing may occur and are considered normal in printing processes.
5. Payment
- Payment must be made in full before production begins.
- We accept payment through approved methods listed on the website.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before production begins.
- Customized orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placing.
- Non-customized orders can be canceled before shipping.
7. Returns and Refunds

8. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in designs provided by Inkedwave remain with us unless otherwise agreed.
- You retain ownership of your submitted artwork but grant Inkedwave a license to print and distribute your designs for order fulfillment.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Inkedwave is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
